Get to Know the Team
Join Grab's Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) team, dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our people and assets across multiple geographies and business units. We plan, execute, and enforce policies to support a holistic concept of wellbeing, encompassing the mental, emotional, and physical health of every Grabber. We foster an empowering environment, promoting continuous improvement and aligning with Grab's vision.
Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Head of Occupational Health & Safety, you will enhance employee wellbeing through direct support, resources, and wellbeing programs. Responsibilities include planning events, managing resources, and engaging employees with available support. You'll use feedback to improve initiatives and integrate wellbeing into the company culture. Growth opportunities include developing strategies and influencing leadership to align with organizational goals.
This role will be hybrid and the office location is at Singapore
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will:
- Develop and manage comprehensive wellbeing programs.
- Provide support through events, workshops, and mental health resources.
- Gather feedback via surveys and focus groups for continuous improvement.
- Communicate wellbeing practices to employees.
- Collaborate with leadership to align wellbeing with company goals.
- Evaluate program impact and make data-driven adjustments.
Qualifications
What Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Health & Safety, or related field
- Certification in Mental Health First Aid or similar (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years in a wellbeing-focused role
- Experience in designing and evaluating wellbeing programs
- Knowledge in holistic wellbeing practices
- Familiarity with employee surveys and program evaluation techniques
- Awareness of current wellbeing trends and initiatives
