AOS is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Senior Staff Developer to provide production system support, design and development of new functionalities for the ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify and solve ERP application issues, along with proficiency in solution design, business process analysis, configuration, coding, testing, and system integration. Strong coding skills in PL/SQL, ADF, OAF, Workflows, and BI/XML are also required.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform ERP system maintenance and resolve application issues.
  • Collaborate with the ERP team manager to gather and interpret user requirements and translate them into design specifications.
  • Develop technical documentation to support development processes and design customizations and extensions based on user requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL packages and procedures within the system.
  • Create reports using Oracle Report Builder.
  • Customize Oracle forms and web pages.
  • Develop and modify workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder.
  • Utilize JDeveloper to create new Java pages as needed.
  • Develop test plans and scripts, conduct unit testing, and provide support for system testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate work with other software developers on IT teams to integrate with other systems.

Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities, etc):

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of related work experience.
  • Experience completing at least one full lifecycle implementation and upgrade.
  • In-depth, hands-on knowledge and experience with Oracle OAF and integration with Oracle ERP.
  • Strong development experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle form and webpage personalization.
  • Experience in designing backend Oracle modules for Java applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
