Senior Strategy and Operations Associate 

Radiant’s goals are ambitious – we will be the first company to mass-produce portable nuclear reactors. We have world-class engineers designing Kaleidos, and we need a world-class team to build our business. The Strategy and Operations Senior Associate will tackle a wide variety of challenges, ranging from high level strategy to nitty gritty operational details, with no problem too big or too small. In a single day, they could set up a cross-country freight shipment, build a slide deck with our COO, negotiate with vendors, and analyze a new market opportunity. They will work closely with our engineering teams, assisting with sourcing, reviewing contracts, and designing operational flows. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, eager to make an impact, and excited to make our vision a reality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• High technical aptitude. Able to break down complex topics simply and concisely
• Exemplary communication skills and experience working across organizational levels
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
