RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures the stable operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links. Analyzes and resolves end user software program and connectivity issues. Provides end user training. Provide recommendations on technology direction to align with business vision. Will be required to provide both local and remote maintenance support to various operational systems deployed at more than one location. Support includes general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications. Applies advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing applications, and ensuring fault tolerance. Performs vulnerability management.
Primary Duties:

• Support on premise and cloud hosted NIPRNet and SIPRNet infrastructure and operations for Tanium, ForeScout, Menlo Security, HP SureClick, and Dell Wyse Device Management Suite (WMS)
• Support DLA’s Microsoft 365 and Advanced Group Policy Management environment, SOTI MobiControl, Honeywell VoControl, and other endpoint management services procured by DLA. 
• Planning, testing, troubleshooting, and integrating functional and security requirements as well as working with external partners for system administration functions.
• Assist in endpoint functionality for Commercial Off-The-Shelf Collaboration Tools (e.g. ZoomGov, AdobeConnect, M365 TEAMS) in addition to the deployment of USCYBERCOM endpoint security requirements to meet DLA’s Endpoint Operations mission.
• Provide Tier 3 issue resolution for end users and Tier 1 and 2 teams. 
• Be adaptable to the needs of their assigned support group and work independently.
• Meet the of the needs of the customer for endpoint security and functionality.
• Learn new skills, conduct research, and perform new tasks regularly. 

Minimum Experience:
Candidate Desired Skills: 
• Documented combined 5 years Systems Administration experience with any of the following 
Microsoft Operating Systems: Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016, Server 2019
• Documented three years’ experience with Active Directory Administration with MS 2012, MS 2016, or MS 2019 
• Documented two years’ experience supporting Dell Wyse Management Suite 
• Documented two years’ experience conducting application testing with software solutions within the past two years 
• Documented at least 5 years’ experience with scripting automation using PowerShell or VBScript. 
• Documented at least 4 years’ experience with Microsoft SCCM administration within the past two years with MS 2012, MS 2016, or MS 2019. 
Security/Certification Requirements:
• Sensitivity Level: Must possess IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
• Clearance: Top Secret 
• IAT Level II certification or higher (one of the following): CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, CND, SSCP, CASP+ CE CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, or CCSP.
