We are excited to build and expand our team in Bangalore and are looking for a Talent Intelligence Analyst to join us. This role focuses on data integration and analytics, ensuring our systems are well-connected and delivering actionable insights for better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:
  • Design and implement data integration solutions across core HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Eightfold, Microsoft)
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow between systems
  • Partner with People Analytics to enhance predictive capabilities in our data warehouse (One Model)
  • Identify data gaps and implement solutions to improve data quality and completeness
  • Collaborate with global teams to optimize data collection and utilization
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in HR systems
  • Strong expertise in SQL and data manipulation
  • Experience with data integration and ETL processes
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with HR analytics platforms (Eightfold, One Model)
  • Programming skills in Python or R for advanced analytics
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and statistical analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft and workplace analytics
  • Understanding of HR processes and talent management
