We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Intelligence Data Analyst to join the Cross-cutting Urgent Innovation Cell (CUIC), an organization that is unique to MITRE because:

We are looking for talented problem solvers with a passion for adapting emerging academic and commercial technologies to develop cross-cutting innovative solutions for the defense, intelligence, and civilian communities.

A Senior Technical Intelligence Analyst is needed who possesses a breadth of technical skills and domain knowledge and can help design and implement a non-traditional data strategy to ensure multi-million-dollar data acquisition meets mission requirement needs. Successful candidate(s) will learn new techniques and approaches on-the-job working in collaboration with other team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years of related experience; or Master's degree with 3 or more years of related experience; or PhD with related experience; or equivalent combination of related education and experience in counterproliferation, information operations, data science, supply chain, emerging technology, regional studies, and/or all-source intelligence analysis.
• Applicants selected for this position must currently have an active TS/SCI security clearance or be eligible to obtain one. Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information to TS/SCI level.
• Open-source research and data analysis experience.
• Desire to learn process and methods of software development.
• Experience analyzing and manipulating intelligence datasets and using qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.
• Familiarity with foreign financial networks, corporate structures, and supply chains.
• Experience with all-source intelligence analysis and conducting classified research using criminal investigative tools.
• Experience with sanctions, targeting, and evidentiary writing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capable of working with scientists, analysts, and technical software developers across several technical disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree.
• Experience with project or program management.
• Russian, Chinese Cantonese, Chinese Standard or Mandarin language skill.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams developing software that requires diverse perspectives and expertise.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
