Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 对接项目管理，承担项目开发的技术范畴管理职责，制定技术开发计划、管理技术交付物、控制技术开发资源等工作；

2. 对接客户，项目前期负责客户项目技术评审（TR），项目中期负责客户需求和开发技术意见对接，项目后期负责客户产品交付；

3. 开发团队技术管理，根据平台、客户项目的技术开发计划，驱动开发团队执行开发任务，承担部门协同开发职责，组织定期会议跟踪开发进展，针对难点问题组织团队攻关；

4. 供应商、生态伙伴管理，根据项目要求，组织供应商技术交流、定点、开发过程管理等职责；

5. 跨部门协调，负责代表技术团队，对接项目、采购、销售、法务等协调技术相关问题，并推动解决。

人员要求

1. 硕士及以上学历，8年及以上Tier1自动驾驶或驾驶辅助系统的开发、测试、管理等相关经验；

2. 熟悉汽车质量、功能安全、网络安全、ASPICE等体系；

3. 熟悉GB/ISO/IEEE/UNECE等各标准体系下的自动驾驶功能、汽车电子、车载软件、测试验证等法规标准；

4. 具备熟练的英语口语、书面表达能力，能无障碍对接国际客户、合作伙伴；

5. 具备基本的项目管理知识、良好的沟通能力以及团队领导力；
