At Zowie we believe that buying online should feel like walking into your favorite local shop: personal friendly and easy. Our mission is to recreate offline shopping experiences online - but better. Zowie brings speed and empathy to customer interactions. Our platform automates responses to repetitive questions around return policy order status etc. and saves time for customer service agents who can then proactively turn website visitors into paying customers. It can work as an add-on with existing tools (Zendesk Shopify Gorgias etc.) or become a standalone customer service platform.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Product Manager you’ll be working closely with a team of 2 Product managers Jeremi - our Group Product Manager leading the vision and strategy for Zowie’s Products Maciej - Zowie’s Co-Founder Michał - our VP of Engineering our Design team led by another Michał and our smart Engineering teams!

You’ll be responsible for one or more of our Zowie Products. Your job will include:

💡 Own the definition refinement and delivery of key performance indicators.

💡 Be the expert on KPIs within your product area.

💡 Discovering opportunities and running continuous research using qualitative (interviews with customers prospects our TAM etc.) and quantitative methods (product analysis surveys etc.).

💡 Prioritization of opportunities on the roadmap and ensuring proper stakeholder alignment.

💡 Collecting and managing product insights in collaboration with Sales Customer Success and others.

💡 Defining product solutions and collaborating with Design and Engineering functions to deliver the best results for our customers.

💡 Leading the documentation process for your products and ensuring proper team alignment around the business value and scope of the products.

💡 Being the product advocate for Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams. Aligning everyone around your product vision and making sure that the teams have everything they need to help customers adopt the product.

Ideally you'll bring with you:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management ideally within SaaS space

  • Technical background. You are well-versed in understanding technical concepts and will not shy away from diving into code to understand the product

  • The ability to identify customers’ needs and struggles using different quantitative and qualitative techniques

  • The ability to prioritize projects and customer issues based on impact and team workloads

  • Experience collaborating with Product Designers and Engineers to find the best solution based on customer needs and struggles

  • A willingness to work with multiple customer-facing teams evangelize our product and address issues faced by other teams at Zowie

  • Experience in leading customer interviews

  • Experience in analyzing the success of released features

It will be awesome if you have:

  • Experience with building apps marketplaces and API-enabled solutions
