Senior Technical Program Manager

Location: Tallinn or Tartu

JOB DESCRIPTION  

 We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to roll-out our fast-growing bundling programs with resellers worldwide. You’ll be the go-to person for our merchants, making sure we meet their needs and priorities. In this role you will coordinate teams, hit milestones, and ensure smooth program delivery for our biggest merchants. The key to success will be strong communication and organizational skills. As this role works extensively with Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Project Management throughout the program, we’re leaning into the “T” (Technical) for this role to bridge the product knowledge gaps that may exist with merchants.   

About you:  

• 5+ years of technical program management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs with external customers. 
• 3+ years of technical project management or technical pre-sale experience in a technical capacity, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within scope, time, and budget.  
• You have a solid technical understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and API integrations.  
• You possess strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.  
• You know how to deal with demanding customers/stakeholders to manage their expectations and support their success, while ensuring smooth delivery of the program goals. 
• You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with ability to multi-task and respond flexibly to change.  
• You deal well with ambiguity and changing deadlines while keeping focused on delivering results.  
• You are an experienced self-starter with a problem-solving focus, an analytical mindset, and extreme attention to detail.  
• You are comfortable getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done. No task is beneath you.  
• You are able to remain calm under pressure and can bring much needed stability and discipline.  
• You are fluent in written and spoken English in both business and technical environment.
