We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help us further our mission of bringing visual development superpowers to everyone.

About the role

  • Location: San Francisco HQ US Remote or ON/BC Canada

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $132000 in our lowest geographic market up to $181000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job related experience knowledge qualifications and skills.

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager EPD Operations

As a Senior Technical Program Manager Analytics & Optimization you’ll:

  • Manage high priority programs of cross-functional projects in a new feature category that expands Webflow’s portfolio in engineering product and design

  • Establish milestones success criteria manage dependencies and deliver iteratively

  • Work across various Engineering Product & Design teams to determine feasibility and timelines

  • Create and execute communication plans to keep key stakeholders informed of program status risks and insights

  • Plan and facilitate meetings such as project kick-offs weekly check-ins and project milestones to make communication easy and transparent

  • Establish and report on program health and success metrics using data for strategic decision-making

  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders throughout the organization and ensure their expectations are effectively managed for the projects you're involved in

About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in technical program management with direct experience managing complex cross-functional programs

  • Have a strong technical foundation and ability understand the technical details of data pipelines that power a front end experience

  • Excel in translating broad directives into tangible achievable objectives

  • Display exceptional analytical planning and organizational skills adept at juggling multiple priorities

  • Communicate effectively engaging diverse stakeholders to prioritize tasks resolve challenges and maintain organizational alignment

  • Skilled in collaborating with individuals and teams from varied geographical and cultural backgrounds

  • Confident presenter capable of addressing large internal groups and leadership teams

  • Proficient in driving process improvements across diverse teams and functions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in large-scale platforms and organizations

  • Are comfortable working in an agile safe-to-fail environment
