Requirements

12+ years of experience in Embedded Software development and AutoSAR with

3+ years of experience in Technical Leadership

Proficient in C programming language and professional experience in embedded software development including architecture, design, coding, verification and validation.

Deep Knowledge of AutoSAR Layered Architecture and AutoSAR stack configuration

Experience in Automotive software development and communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet. Working knowledge of UDS

Experience with typical Automotive engineering tools such as CANoe/CANalyzer or equivalents

Experience in embedded driver development such as UART, SPI and I2C

Experience in multi-core software development for safety critical systems

Experienced with software design, development and debugging tools

Familiarity with ISO26262, ASPICE and Software Development Life Cycle

Responsibilities

Design and develop complex platform software (low level and middleware) for powertrain electronic control units, from prototype to production

Use your AUTOSAR expertise to define and drive the implementation of the AUTOSAR architecture for electronic controls units

Mentor other software engineers on the platform software team on the subject of AUTOSAR

Co-ordinate with technical experts from various teams to solve complete problems in Platform Software

Develop highly reliable and critical electric vehicle components

Provide design, development, and debut support for integrating individual functions into the control unit

Ensure optimization of platform software through design reviews and code reviews

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$195,500—$260,700 USD
