About the role:
We are on the lookout for a new Caribou Financial Senior Titling Specialist to join our Titling team. The role is responsible for the daily processing of title work, including individual and team assignments, and assistance with mentoring team members. Our Senior Titling Specialist will work in-office at our downtown Denver, CO location.
- Prioritize work queue to meet department and individual lien placement SLA targets
- Follow up with third party vendors, DMVs, lender partners and customers as needed to perfect liens, which may result in difficult conversations and creative problem solving
- Receive and status incoming titles and lien releases, match to files
- Provide authoritative responses to questions from internal and external customers
- Add and maintain comprehensive, detailed system notes and statusesÂ
- Contact previous lien-holders pursuant to payoff sent with no title received
- Complete lender status reportsÂ
About you:Â
- Computer literacy and ability to adapt with multiple software programs
- Knowledge of title processing/experience with DMVs is required (2-5 years)
- Effective and respectful communicator; you see people as people regardless of their roleÂ
- Your written and verbal communication is courteous and clear  Â
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
