Your transformation challenge...

• Joining our mission to optimize supply chain processes through our innovative products, empowering our customers with transparency, efficiency, and real-time visibility, seamlessly connecting warehouses to trucks on the road. You can read more here >>
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to understand market needs and translate them into usable and valuable solutions.
• Take ownership of the user experience for assigned web applications, projects, or modules within a cross-functional product team.
• Work collaboratively with various colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to continually enhance product usability and effectiveness.
• Champion user-centred design principles throughout the product development process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.

You are ready, if you ...

• Bring minimum 4 years proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and innovative solutions. Experience working in an agile product development environment is preferred.
• Have proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD..
• Possess expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with a passion for delivering impactful user experiences.
• A plus would be knowledge in setting up a tracking plan, with an execution preferred in mixpanel.
