The Senior UX Researcher is responsible will drive research and product design strategies to create exceptional enterprise business solutions and user experiences. Our ultimate goal is to foster innovation in the interactions between our systems, services, and customers, achieving unprecedented levels of impact and value.

This position reports to the Product and UX Design Lead and is part of Digital Products Development located in Krakow, Poland and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Define and execute comprehensive research initiatives, identify best qualitative and quantitative protocols, synthesize and derive recommendations for complex software and service scenarios

• Collaborate and communicate effectively within global cross-functional teams across design, product, engineering and management.

• Create repeatable, actionable and scalable mechanisms to analyze and evaluate systems and processes and derive actionable insights through UX research activities for a wide range of complex scientific equipment and technology scenarios.

Who you are:

• Multiple years of experience with research methods including field research/ethnography, usability and human factors evaluation (heuristic assessments, usability testing), concept evaluation techniques, formative research (UX vision and concept testing, iterative design evaluation), large-scale behavioral and sentiment research, and statistical methods used to analyze data related to human performance, behavior, and interaction with systems and products. Ability to design and lead participatory design workshops in person and using interactive tools like Miro.

• Portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g., research protocols, reports, personas, visual diagrams, flows, wireframes, and compelling visual materials).

• BS in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, HCDE, or Computer Science with relevant research experience, or similar.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Lifesciences, biochemistry, protein purification, cell and gene therapy.

• UX/UI design and prototyping skills with tools like Figma.

• Experience working on enterprise software products in an agile development environment.
