Your Role and Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end operations of the Video Team in Bangalore and working as a liaison between the Zurich marketing and production teams.
• Manage the production and distribution of Video ads for all countries where exists.
• Responsible for rebranding the ads and replacing them from time to time on various platforms to give ads that fresh look and new advances in design.
• Manage and monitor official YouTube channel which is subscribed by 396000 users worldwide.
• Manage internal and secure cloud space
• Responsible for licensing and copyrights for not only video productions but also the video and music licensed by third parties.
• Responsible for video ads and commercials for global audiences in Cinemas Television and Social Media across the globe but I also take care of internal event videos.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 7+ years of experience in Video editing
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages
• Thorough knowledge of timing motivation and continuity
• Familiarity with special effects 3D and compositing

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong Video and sound Editing skills
• Good experience in VFX Compositing Graphic Design and color Grading
• Ability to convert Multiple video formats for Ad Management in various countries
• Translation Management with Markets and Subtitle Creation of videos in various languages for the markets
