We aim to build Denmark's most innovative Product Development department in Veo. We are creating a vast development team with all the necessary capabilities in-house to push innovation speed. We combine our department's optical-, electronics-, firmware-, app- & mechanical engineers to create ownership and speed in our most innovative teams. We are looking for you to lead on all camera backend services.

You will own and develop the Camera-Entity Camera-Service and a large chunk of our Customer Support Backoffice for direct camera interaction and diagnostics as well as define an elegant architecture and execute and operationalize it.

Responsible for:

• Own and develop (with one assisting Jr. Dev) the Logging & Remote control interface for our Customer Support back office (for remote support & diagnostics). We want to reduce the number of cameras that come in for repair that we could have fixed in the field (saving money, customer frustrations, and CO2)
• The Camera-Service & BFF (to hold all the data of a camera)
• We want this service to be well structured, so we don’t need to re-write/-structure it many times in the future when we scale in features and camera versions
• Examples of features are Registering a camera, consuming camera subscription seats, etc.

The team comprises 26 skilled and energized people with a can-do mindset — a multi-faceted team with all functions to make a complicated IOT product from start to finish.

You will work closely with Anton Husby, Head of Capture, the Club team on Camera-Entity, Customer Support on the Camera-API, Cam App Team on the Camera-service & BFF, and both the Mobile App developers and Firmware Developers need you.

We are always open to qualified people regardless of seniority. Still, we seek profiles with +5 years of practical experience developing cameras and a master's degree in a relevant area to this position.
