Job Title - Senior Workday Integration Developer (Sr. Application Engineer)
Duration - Long Term
Work Mode- Hybrid/ WFO (3 days onsite per week)
Work Location- Irving, Tx
Position Summary:
We are looking for a candidate who’s experienced working as a Sr. Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, test and deploy integrations. Should have a broad-based knowledge of Workday HCM plus excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate with business users for requirements/alignment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):
- 3+ Years of Workday Integration Implementation experience.
- Experience and strong technical expertise developing integrations with Workday integrations tools Web Services, EIB, Workday Studio, DTI, Core Connectors.
- Experience with XML, XSLT EDI, Web Services, Java, JSON, BIRT, .Net or other integration technologies.
- Experience executing at least 2 full life-cycle Workday Financials implementations, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and/or complexity of integrations.
- Experience supporting integrations and data interfaces across the entire HRIS system landscape (monitoring, break-fix and/or enhancement support).
- Strong experience in creation of custom fields using complex logic, advanced reporting, custom reports, BIRT

- INT021A - United Way Employee Data Extraction
- INT022 - PPLSI Prepaid legal
- INT025 - SAFE (Access DFW Training)
- INT027 - LifeSpeak
- INT028 - Background Checks
- INT034 – Garnishments
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or engineering or a related field.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the organization
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and orally, and to maintain harmonious internal and external working relationships.
- Ability to be on call via cell phone or other department-defined method.
- Ability to pass a medical physical.
- Ability to pass a security check.
- Possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
EFFORT
- Works in an office and/or airport terminal environment.
- Uses keyboard devices and computer monitors.
- Uses reasoning abilities in performing analysis and solving problems.
- Frequently exerts forces equivalent to lifting minimally 50+ pounds Must be able to use ladders and scissor lifts as required from time to time.
- Communicates effectively by telephone, in writing and in person.
- Uses near-visual acuity in reading written documents.
- Drives to locations on Airport property.
