WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

Effective communication is at the heart of what we do at Manychat. We believe in connecting our users with their customers in meaningful ways, ensuring they feel valued and engaged throughout their journey.

And now, we’re looking for a talented Senior Writer who can use their storytelling skills and ability to create compelling narratives to translate technical details into engaging content that drives a creator-focused audience to take action. 

To connect with our audience and create educational, relatable, and inspiring content, you’ll need a deep understanding of the product. You will work closely with our Product Marketing Managers to learn how Manychat works inside and out.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Create product-centric content by developing blog posts and marketing assets that showcase our products' capabilities, benefits, and real-world applications.
• Guide users with ‘bottom of the funnel’ content, producing materials that demonstrate practical use cases, highlight our products' value, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with the Product Team to ensure alignment on messaging and content strategy.
• Prioritize quality over quantity, focusing on high-quality content that resonates with our audience rather than churning out large volumes.
• Partner with the Video Production Team to develop scripts and content for product videos, ensuring consistent messaging across different formats.
• Write marketing and technical content, crafting clear, concise, and persuasive messages that drive B2B audiences to take action.
• Innovate content development by exploring fun and interesting ways to integrate our products into demonstrations.
• Assist in creating technical documentation, such as product walkthroughs and other resources, to support our users.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥

• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing writing, ideally within B2B tech companies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
• Ability and confidence to translate technical details into clear and engaging content.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for working cross-functionally and building relationships.
• Ability to use data and analytics to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE 🤩

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
