🌟 YOUR ROLE WILL BE

• As Senior Engineer you will take significant, open-ended segments of our Python backend and transform them into resilient, scalable systems.
• You'll be iterating on features, prototyping solutions, and refining them to enterprise standards.
• You'll work independently and collaboratively to drive initiatives to full completion without any support. This is a senior-level position suited for professionals who have thrived in fast-growing companies and are excited to build an elite engineering culture.

🌟 YOUR MISSION WILL BE

• Building, testing, and maintaining our data processing services using Python, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our platform
• Building and improving our matching algorithms and systems
• Developing new algorithms optimized for real-time recommendations.

🌟 YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF

• Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience
• 8+ years of Python experience in production systems
• 3+ years of experience in a startup between 10-100 employees
• Experience with GCP (ideal) or AWS in production environments
• Extensive experience with MongoDB or No-SQL databases
• Experience with PyTorch in production environments
• Experience with React + GraphQL is a plusFormer founder is a plus

• Meet Ruben, our Tech Recruiter, for a first video-call to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions (60 mins).
• Meeting with Luuk (Engineering Manager) to talk about the current tech challenges, the team and the way we work. There will also be a live coding exercice (60 mins).
• Meet 2 Senior Backend Engineers to tackle a technical architecture review exercise (90 mins).
• Meet Tarek, our CPTO, to speak about your long-term involvement with Hivebrite (60 mins).
