Role

We’re on the hunt for a results-driven SEO expert with a true passion for dominating search rankings to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for implementing a cutting-edge SEO strategy across the brands we work with.

But here’s where things get interesting: instead of focusing on ranking our clients’ sites directly, you’ll be tackling the unique challenge of ranking third-party content and driving that traffic to our clients' platforms.

With an already powerful content machine producing over 300 articles a week in 11+ languages, you’ll collaborate closely with the content team to capture bottom-funnel keyword traffic and turn it into results.

Key accountabilities

• Shaping the strategic direction and driving the organic growth of leading blockchain projects to help them reach their ambitious goals.
• Collaborating closely with the content team to develop and implement SEO strategies that maximize the impact of their work, ensuring high rankings for target keywords.
• Identifying and securing new website partnerships, working alongside our agencies to unlock growth potential in both established and emerging markets.
• Utilizing a variety of tactics to ensure top content rankings, including content optimization and effective link-building strategies.
• Continuously monitoring the SEO landscape to keep us ahead of the curve—analysing competitor strategies, exploring new opportunities, and ensuring our content is always where it needs to be.
• Staying up to date with the latest SEO trends and proactively introducing innovative strategies to improve rankings and drive success.

• An exceptional understanding of SEO and demonstrable success, ideally in a fast-paced start-up/agency environment
• 3+ years of experience in an SEO role
• Ability to work autonomously and own projects from start to finish
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage a large workload
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics / SEMrush / Ahrefs / Google Search Console etc.

• £50,000 - £60,000 per annum 
• Remote working policy - work in the office, at home, or a mix of both
