Service Engineer

Mission Statement:

We need a Service Engineering to perform annual service work on converter station main equipment and systems and support other teams such as sales, project management, product development, etc. as required by the organization. Frequent travel and strong communication skills are required.

Your responsibilities:

• You will accomplish the annual service task by good cooperation within the team, and between departments / companies / Bus.
• You will technical support to account management, commercial and PM team for HVDC main equipment and system issues.
• You will prepare service reports for the service to the clients and internal records.
• You will prepare technical bidding documents for the service tenders.
• You will cooperate with the team to accomplish the service sales target.
• You will take responsible for site requirement, provide prompt technical support.
• You will maintain good communication and relationship with the client, understand and collect the customer's demanding.
• You will provide technical solution to meet the customer's requirement, follow up the service contract with commercial sense.
• You will do other jobs assigned by service manager.

• Bachelor or above majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power system and its automation, etc.
• At least 3 years' experience in power system or power product field.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, written and spoken.
• Have site manager experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with HVDC main equipment and systems is an advantage.
• Experience on 500kV+ power product manufacture, maintenance is an advantage.
• Frequent traveling in region, O/T work at request, team work oriented, ability to work independently, good communication skill in verbal and writing.
