Job Description

• Contributes to a complete understanding of the RSC market situation and identifies opportunities by developing and maintaining close contacts with existing and potential customers
• Development of the mid-term market strategy and yearly priorities and tactical moves within region in alignment with business objectives
• Continuous alignment between capabilities, resources and budget to prioritize sales activities
• Creates Customer-specific bids and follows these up until contract conclusion or rejection
• Supports product management by identifying market needs and presents HZI products to clients
• Development and implementation of RSC specific marketing campaigns and sales presentations
• Ensure long-term relationships with existing customers, potential customers, consultants, and partners
• Control and monitoring of the offer projects according to the HZI processes (proposal management, pipeline tool including screening etc)
• Schedules meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Travels within regional for client visits or marketing pitches
• Promotes company products and services

Qualifications

• Safety and HSE compliance mindset (company rules and law)
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Regional Manager or similar sales roles
• Business development knowledge, willingness to learn more about business development and sales
• Experience in budgeting, estimating of service activities and forecasting of order intake and revenue
• Good (WtX/RG) technology understanding & service knowledge including local legislation and rules
• Good leadership and management experience including prioritization and decision making
• Strong understanding of procurement, risk & contract management processes and practises
• Ability to work in matrix and utilize both internal and external resources efficiently
• Strong strategical and tactical negotiation and influencing skills in matrix and multicultural environment
• Strong Financial acumen and customer orientation
• Readiness to travel as needed
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages are a plus

Physical Demands:

• Frequently required to talk or hear, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Working Conditions:

• Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
