施耐德电气服务业务Services China为客户提供EcoConsult咨询服务EcoCare运维服务和EcoFitTM适配改造服务打造端到端全生命周期服务能力协同服务合作伙伴助力客户加速数字化和绿色化双转型迈向高质量可持续发展
工作地点北京上海
岗位职责
1. 负责服务工控合作伙伴的管理和业务发展扩大伙伴覆盖并提升伙伴产出
2. 维护并拓展服务伙伴关系挖掘新的业务机会支持公司业务发展目标
3. 协助制定市场推广计划配合市场团队提升品牌影响力
4. 定期分析渠道数据提出改进建议并落实有效管理措施
5. 协同跨部门团队优化合作伙伴的支持服务流程提升渠道业务转化率
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历有工业自动化背景优先
2. 具备渠道管理经验者优先
3. 熟悉工业自动化软硬件产品特别是中压变频产品及其应用
4. 拥有优秀的跨团队沟通和协作能力能够有效协调和推动业务
5. 具备较强的市场洞察力业务敏锐度和执行力
