Primary Responsibilities:

• Cutting and sewing aircraft covers in leather or fabric
• Interpreting drawings
• Following cover patterns to perform the sewing operations

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.
• Working knowledge of safe sewing techniques and basic commercial walking-foot sewing machine
• Single-needle and top-stitch experience needed.
• Must be able to read, understand and follow established patterns and specifications.
• HS Diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• We would consider training for this position given relevant experience with industrial sewing.
