CUTTING, SPREADING, PREP LEVEL 1
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Receive daily work order assignments from Supervisor and prepare fabric set-up in accordance with work orders. • Ability to solve problems and work with a team to continuously improve production processes and achieve daily production goals. • Must maintain quality assurance standards. • Must be able to communicate with Supervisor to assist with problem solving. • Housekeeping of all areas. • Anything else deemed necessary by the supervisor.
o Level 1: Team member must be able to load and unload material racks, must be able to assist in loading of cutter as required and assist Level 2 Operators as needed. Must be able to follow process to turn cutters on & off. Must consistently achieve quality level of 97% and productions efficiency levels of 80% efficiency within 90-day probationary period; must assume personal responsibility for achieving quality goals and demonstrate continuous improvement towards achieving 100% efficiency on assigned work within 6 months.
AUTHORITY: All personnel are responsible for quality and therefore have the authority to stop production, if necessary, to correct quality problems.
SKILLS REQUIRED: • Must demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals. • Able to demonstrate regular and predictable attendance. • Able to comply with company safety, attendance, and all other company policies. • Good communication skills both with peers and supervisors. • Must be computer literate. • Must be able to read and write English. • Basic math skills. • Ability to utilize data collection systems which may include data entry into a tablet or computer.
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE: Must have full knowledge of lay-up and/or prep procedures prior to running Cutting equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Must have 20/20 vision or correction to 20/20. • Must be able to distinguish colors and shades. • Must be able to stand or sit entire shift. • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on continuous basis. • Must be able to work in moderate noise levels. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Must be able to stoop, squat, bend, stretch and twist.

PM SHIFT -
4:05 PM - 1:35 AM (Monday - Thursday)
9:35 AM - 1:35 PM (Friday)
After 2 weeks of New Hire (Training) 4 - 10s; 44 Hour Workweek
AM SHIFT -
5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Thursday)
5:30 AM - 9:30 AM (Friday)
PM SHIFT -
4:05 PM - 2:35 AM (Monday - Thursday)
9:35 AM - 1:35 PM (Friday)
