About The Team:
As a Brand Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing strategic brand partnerships that align with ShopTokopedia's vision of becoming the leading e-commerce platform for fashion. You will lead the development of new brand partnerships, targeting both well-established and emerging brands to join the platform and drive growth. Your role will involve engaging with top-tier fashion brands to increase brand presence, enhance product offerings, and elevate the ShopTokopedia fashion experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and Onboard New Brands: Actively prospect and build relationships with potential brand partners, ensuring alignment with the platform's fashion strategy.
- Negotiate Deals: Lead negotiations to secure brand partnerships, focusing on mutually beneficial terms that drive growth for both the platform and the brand.
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute partnership strategies to bring high-value brands onboard, with a focus on increasing GMV contribution from fashion brands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and category teams to create go-to-market strategies for new partnerships and optimize brand visibility.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of market trends and identify new opportunities within the fashion ecosystem for potential brand partnerships.
- Networking and Events: Attend industry events, fashion trade shows, and networking functions to meet potential partners and stay informed about the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or account management.
- Proven track record of successful partnerships and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with brands.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the e-commerce sector or within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and e-commerce platforms.
- Connection with global & regional fashion brands.
