We are seeking a highly motivated & results-driven Loyalty Marketing Specialist / Senior Specialist to join us in shaping the future of Razer Silver - the world’s leading loyalty program for gamers.

​Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in building & executing the Razer Silver engagement strategy.
  • Conceptualize and execute loyalty marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with external partners & internal stakeholders (including local marketers, creative, finance, legal & compliance) to ensure timely and smooth execution of all campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage Razer Silver content across all communication touchpoints.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting and provide recommendations for campaign optimization and improvements.
  • Manage the Razer Silver Rewards Catalog including onboarding and removal of rewards.
  • Analyse member data to gather relevant insights and identify opportunities for program & campaign optimization.
  • Support and collaborate with other Razer business units on co-marketing activities and create new opportunities for Razer Gold and Silver

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimally 2 – 4 years of experience in loyalty marketing & program management is a must.
  • Well versed with loyalty and retention strategies, marketing trends and best practices, with proven experience in end-to-end marketing campaign execution.
  • Experience with loyalty program management tools and content management systems.
  • Experience in data analysis with demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
    Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teams across multiple areas in a matrix organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written presentation skills. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft office is a must.
  • Good time-management skills and able to manage multiple concurrent projects and set clear priorities.
