Site Manager

Your Responsibilities:

• You will direct and supervise field activities. Responsible for coordinating and managing field activities in all phases (construction planning, equipment delivery, installation and assembly, commissioning etc.) from field start-up to handover to the customer.
• You will do interaction with internal (including overseas) and subcontractors will be required to manage whether contracts/quality/delivery/safety, etc are performed in accordance with standards.
• This position is an on-site SV activity as an equipment manufacturer and does not perform the construction work. The workstyle is somewhat like 60% onsite and 40% in the office.

• You hold university graduate/degree.
• Business level or above Japanese language fluency (required).
• Intermediate level or above in English fluency (required).
• Experience in management such as construction management and field representative in electrical construction (required).
• Required First-Class Electric Works Execution Manager.
• Preferred third-Class Electric Works Specialist.
