Primary Responsibilities:

• Reduce ouch errors on CE ORx sites/Improving NP
• Improve service uptime and resiliency
• Enhance metrics reporting and clarity on service health and customer expectations
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, detecting anomalies and resolving performance issues
• Reviewing trends and page performances and provide solutions to bottlenecks
• Looking for alerting patterns, setting SLI and SLO with the dev team, participate in war rooms, enhance observability
• Key Initiatives: proactive issue handling, alert thresholding improvements, ADTM reduction, RER reduction, error trending review process
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Azure
• Terraform knowledge
• Knowledge in observability Platforms such a Dynatrace
• Knowledge in logging tools like Splunk
• Knowledge in Containerization technology such as Docker
• Knowledge in Orchestration technologies such as AKS/K8
• Knowledge in observability/monitoring tools like Splunk, App Insights, Dynatrace and Glassbox
• Understanding of IAC
• Solid JavaScript skills and other scripting languages (Python/PowerShell)
• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex issues and root causes
