• Advocate on behalf of small and diverse businesses, mediating between suppliers and Motorola Solutions.
• Monitor company goals and supplier performance, ensuring compliance with subcontracting plans and regulations and flow-down clauses.
• Support proposal team activities by evaluating Request for Proposal requirements for small and diverse business utilization and participation. Identify, develop, and recommend qualified small and diverse businesses.
• Represent Motorola Solutions and its Supplier Diversity Program through supplier-facing outreach events and industry-related meetings. Regularly interacts and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitates tasks with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall enterprise supplier diversity goals.

This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• OR 4+ years related industry experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
