Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.

Requirements
- 60 months of experience with writing Java software for an N-tier Java application for data display, system navigation, transactional processing, data persistence, and communications with non-Java systems.
- 60 months of experience developing with the Apache Stuts2 framework in java
- 48 months of experience in EJB 3 development and transaction management programming in a complex environment involving the integration of J2EE applications with legacy mainframe environments.
- 48 months of experience implementing Software Design Patterns in a J2EE Application to solve complex business problems
- 48 months of experience developing SOAP based web services with use of XML, JAXB in a J2EE environment
- 48 months of experience with the development and use of Hibernate with an Oracle database
- 48 months of experience development using apache maven to build and manage project dependencies
- 36 months of experience in post development documentation. This may include creating wiki pages to describe code changes or using Visio to diagram the changes.
- 24 months of experience Creating Java Junit tests in order to automate testing for the project.
- Bachelor's Degree
