Job Duties
1. Work in an agile development environment, collaborating with the team to deliver enterprise -grade software iteratively;
2. Responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting applications or systems software;
3. Work closely with product management and technology team to understand requirements and technical specifications;
4. Establish functional requirements and review solutions to ensure organizational needs are met;
5. Select and oversee implementation of one or more software development methodologies;
6. Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps to ensure continuous improvements of software;
7. Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories and estimates;
8. Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software; and ensure confidentiality of internal and external data and perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
May telecommute.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or related field, and 2 years of progressive experience in:
1. Knowledge in one or more of the following object-oriented programming concepts: Abstraction, Polymorphism, Inheritance, or Encapsulation.
2. Knowledge in relational database design and querying concepts.
3. Knowledge in version control concepts.
4. Experience with Microsoft.NET development using one or more of the following: C# or Java
5. Experience with web development using one or more of the following: HTML5, CSS or JavaScript.
6. Experience with Agile with Scrum methodology.
7. Experience with QA practices and the software development life cycle.
