Software Development Team Lead - Web

• Guide and mentor a team of software developers in creating applications based on business needs.

• Collaborate across departments to manage web team priorities and assignments.

• Review code to ensure top-quality work that meets Uline’s standards.

• Communicate web team progress and performance updates to leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience with a strong understanding of object-oriented design, web architecture and database design.

• Skilled in delivering web and eCommerce solutions using ASP.NET, MVC, C# and JavaScript.

• Proficient in code versioning and CI / CD tools.
