Software Engineer, ASP.NET

Join our dynamic team at ValGenesis as a Software Engineer specializing in ASP.NET! We're on the lookout for talented engineers who are passionate about creating innovative enterprise solutions. In this role, you will contribute to the enhancement of our flagship VLMS product, ensuring that our systems are robust, secure, and scalable to meet the demands of our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business requirements to architect, design, and develop solutions.
• Engage in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from conception to deployment.
• Conduct thorough reviews of architecture, design, and code for self and team members.
• Develop enterprise-level applications using C# and the ASP.NET framework.
• Take ownership and accountability for quality, performance, security, and sustainability of the product.
• Foster a culture of excellence within the team and support stakeholders in achieving their objectives.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in enterprise software development.
• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET and C#.
• Solid experience with SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, JQuery, and AngularJS.
• Understanding of Web Services, Web API, WCF, LINQ, and IIS 7.0 or higher.
• Experience with SSO integration using LDAP, ADFS, OKTA, or PING.
• Knowledge of HTML5, XML, CSS, Bootstrap, and related technologies.
• Awareness of security standards including XSS, SSL, TLS, and OWASP.
• Experience with reporting tools like DevExpress, SSRS, or Crystal Reports.
• Familiarity with code quality, monitoring, performance engineering, and test automation tools.
