Software Engineer (Backend)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Mid-Senior-level Software Engineer focusing on the backend to join our dynamic team operating in an agile development environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in the software engineering development lifecycle and experience in C#.

This role has two shifts:  3pm - 12am IST & 9am - 6pm IST

You Will:

• Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performance backend systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C# utilizing TDD
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Implement secure RESTful and gRPC APIs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices
• Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements and developing user stories and estimates
• Provide technical support for web applications

You'll Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in backend development with C#
• Strong understanding of the .NET framework (.NET 5+ preferred) building WebAPI and/or gRPC services
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
• Understanding of scalable cloud architectures and performance profiling preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Exposure to Docker and Containerized development and debugging
