Are you looking to gain invaluable leadership experience and exposure to multiple areas within a business? Trimble offers a unique opportunity for a skilled recent graduate to be part of our Engineering Rotational Development Program. In this position you will have the opportunity to use your recently gained knowledge to rotate through four different positions within four different divisions, providing you with vast opportunities and great company exposure. At the end of this 24-month program, you will continue your Trimble career in the position that best suits your skills and business needs.

Rotations would generally include six months spent in a mix of the following roles:
- Test Engineer
- DevOps Engineer
- Systems Software Engineer
- Machine Learning Engineer
- Research and Development
- Front-end UX/UI Design
- Firmware Software Engineer
- Software Product Manager.
- Geospatial Field Software
- Geospatial Office Software
- Buildings (SketchUp/Architecture)
- Civil Engineering and Construction
- Trimble Data
- Trimble Cloud
- Trimble Autonomy Solutions
- Agriculture.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture
- High attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Proven ability to articulate thoughts verbally and in written form in a professional and organised manner, and willing to offer ideas for improvement
- Strong customer focus, strives to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Addresses work assignments in terms of customer expectations
- Seeks opportunities to utilise technical knowledge and abilities
- Takes ownership of individual assignments and sees assignments through to completion
- Willingness to undertake outdoor, physical work as and when required
- Strong desire to advance and be challenged.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Programming ability in either C++, C#, and scripting ability (Ruby, Bash, Perl, Shell, Python, and/or JavaScript)
- A minimum of 1 prior internship or 3 or fewer years of professional experience is required.
- Experience with Windows and Mac platforms, Google Apps and Chrome, Firefox, Safari and/or IE browsers
- Domain related experience or knowledge with computer vision, photogrammetry, 3D modeling, artificial intelligence, signal processing, image recognition, GNSS, or similar
- Familiarity with the Agile System Development Lifecycle
- Recent leadership experience/involvement in university or elsewhere.
