Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and technical Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers supporting our Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud platforms at Converse. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and innovative solutions on the Salesforce platforms, enabling Converse to deliver personalized and engaging customer experiences across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party services
  • Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our systems and processes

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree or a combination of relevant education, training and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce and technical leadership
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns and testing methodologies
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
