Job Summary:

As a Software Support Specialist at Vanderlande Industries, you will be part of a global IT organization dedicated to delivering exceptional IT services to support the company’s business objectives. Your primary mission is to provide excellent support for the organization's Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring our employees perform at the highest level using the tools we provide. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical employees.

Your Role:

• Empower and Educate: Provide comprehensive end user support and training for Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and SharePoint.
• Solve and Streamline: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services via the help desk ticketing system Topdesk.
• Innovate and Implement: Collaborate with colleagues, both local and global, to test, launch and support new software initiatives or upgrades.
• Stay Ahead: Keep updated with the latest Microsoft 365 enhancements, driving continuous improvement and suggesting upgrades to keep us ahead of the curve.

Who You Are:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field—or an equally compelling story of hands-on experience.
• You’re a wizard with Microsoft 365 products and have a knack for making complex systems seem simple.
• You’re a communicator who bridges the gap between tech jargon and clear, effective instruction.
• You thrive in both team settings and solo projects, showing leadership and initiative.
• You’re curious about new technologies and eager to learn, perhaps shown by certifications or personal projects.

• You have a basic understanding of networking, cloud services and PowerShell.
