• As Platform Engineer Architect, you will be working closely with the GTM team supporting sales activities from a technical perspective, while designing, leading and delivering client platform solution implementations.
• You will partner with clients advocating and helping them to achieve distinctive, lasting and substantial business improvements through the adoption of emerging technologies in Cloud.
• Collaborate with the offering and practice teams in developing latest assets and accelerators that are market differentiators for our offerings.
• They will also work closely with the delivery team to help them during crit-sit. Lead fellow and junior architects while developing a strong and Agile team.
• Bring expertise in hybrid cloud platform security governance and compliance.
• Proven understanding of hybrid cloud platform (including OpenShift, IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP) and key cloud services consumption models and be able to construct cost effective solutions for our client.
• Proven experience in design and management of Linux environments on hybrid cloud.
• Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
• Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes

• 10+ years of experience in an architect/development lead role
• 8+ years of experience in architecture design, deployment and implementation experience
• 5+ years of experience in deploying workloads in a cloud (IaaS) environment
• Experience in leading teams as well as technology and business consulting projects
• Experience in developing or providing technical architectures for software deployment
• Strong experience in automation technologies
• Strong Experience building cloud solutions
• Strong experience in managing Platform for any Hyperscalers including activities such as Change and configure, Patch management, Resiliency & Quality Engineering, Cloud Brokerage, Incident/Problem management and Edge Management
• Experience with CICD/DevOps
• Experience in Agile based DevOps continuous integration environments
• Expertise in any one of the hyper scale cloud platforms
• Kubernetes-based container platforms knowledge

• Understanding of Red Hat ecosystem (OpenShift, Ansible, RH Fuse, RH SSO, etc.)
• Expertise in solution infrastructure as code and DevOps automations
• Expertise in Datacenter moves to Cloud
• Architecture-Design: Cloud-native and Cloud-ready applications (API enabled containerization)
• Familiar with IT Operations and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practice
• Familiar with REST API Interface design, API Gateways, Swagger/OpenAPI standard, OAuth
