Solution Architect (GenAI)

We are seeking a dynamic Solution Architect to join EPAM AI SDLC Center of Excellence (AI SDLC CoE) to engage in opportunities centered around Application Modernization using Generative AI.
The ideal candidate will blend exceptional architectural knowledge with an entrepreneurial and integrative mindset to manage multiple projects within AI-driven modernization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design robust solutions for application modernization using Generative AI tools and frameworks
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders within EPAM to integrate and align project objectives
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI and software engineering to ensure the use of optimal technologies and practices
• Guide the strategic direction for the deployment of Generative AI in enhancing application architectures
• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of legacy monolithic applications and recommend modernization strategies
• Facilitate technical presentations and discussions to articulate complex solution architectures and designs
• Monitor and manage technical risks throughout the solution implementation process

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields; Master's preferred
• Proven experience in solution/software architecture with knowledge of legacy monolith applications, cloud-based solutions, microservices, and serverless architectures
• Understanding of data concepts and familiarity with UI frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively by managing various projects and integrating diverse teams
• Experience with Generative AI tools, particularly in application modernization contexts
• Passionate about AI trends, solutions and an ability to keep track of new market solutions
• Entrepreneurial and integrative mindset with quick adaptability
• Strong problem-solving, strategic and creative thinking capabilities
• Willingness to immerse into EPAM's tools and frameworks for comprehensive utilization
• Excellent English language proficiency

• Certifications in cloud technologies or architecture design
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Previous role in a global or multinational project environment
