What we're looking for
The Sales Engineering team supports clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle and reports to the manager of Sales Engineering.
As a Sales Solutions Engineer you will provide pre-sales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition to supporting the sales team in pre-sales conversations, you will collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and security.

You will
- Support our prospective clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by translating features into value drivers for their business
- Provide functional and technical expertise in the pre-sales phase, including knowledge of Momentive's platform, APIs, Mobile SDKs and additional solutions
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and custom Security Reviews
- Be a customer advocate internally while working with other teams including Product, support, engineering, and sales
- Provide training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities
- Develop working knowledge of the competitive landscape and become an expert in the CX space
You have
- 3+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or equivalent role, with a focus on SaaS
- A curious and inquisitive mind, with an interest in exploring new programs and integrations
- A technical background with experience working with APIs, HTML & CSS, and some Javascript
- Experience delivering SaaS demonstrations and writing technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, RFPs and RFIs.
- Fluency in English - Proficiency in any other language is excellent but not necessary
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience

What we offer our employees
The base pay and on-target commission provided for this position ranges from $113,645/year to $170,890/year depending on geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
