Specialist, Creative Operations

CHANEL is looking for a Specialist to join our Creative Operations Team in NY. The Specialist will play a role in supporting the Creative Operations Senior Manager on the execution of Fragrance, Watches and Fine Jewelry campaigns US deployment. The specialist will oversee timelines and ensure a cohesive delivery for each campaign based on the brand's strategy. This role interfaces with US Artistic Directions designers and copywriters; Marketing brand managers; procurement and development managers, and the visual merchandising team. Our ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience and a passion for Fragrances, Events, timelines, and process improvements.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

• Analyze project needs and timing, helping to create strategic recommendations and propose creative processes.
• Participate in the creative brief and follow-up of the internal teams (creation, writing, production) and external teams to kick off each project.
• Ensure briefs and project modifications provided by the Divisions are consistent with the objectives of Global/Local AD, planned in a timely manner, circulated in advance for possible discussion and integrated into workflows.
• Create schedules for the various projects, making sure that milestones and deliverables are respected; create and maintain progress reports that control and track; responsible for the end-to-end coordination, timeliness, consistency, and efficiency of project delivery
• Ensure documentation and project request information from other teams is complete and accurate

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,700through $90,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits and perks.
