Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Legal Compliance Teams develop, implement, administer, and certify compliance policies, procedures, and practices. Our Teams ensure alignment with legal ethical standards of the organization. They provide compliance advice, investigate complaints and verify that deficiencies are corrected. They also develop employee communication and training programs that focus on the elements of a companywide compliance programs. TE's Legal Compliance Teams analyze metrics, audit functional compliance programs, and maintain current knowledge of laws for financial, advertising and marketing reporting, regulations and industry guidance that will impact the TE Connectivity's compliance program.

【仕事内容】
会社の法務関連業務全般をご担当いただく予定です。
- 契約書レビュー・作成業務 (内、英文契約書1~2割)
- 各部門からの法律相談対応 (新規事業・新規取引に関する法的論点の検討等)
- コンプライアンス関連業務 (コンプライアンス教育・研修、内部通報調査等)
- 日本における関連法令 (下請法) 等の調査、情報収集、社内アドバイス

What your background should look like:

求める経験
- 日本ないし主要諸外国の法学部、法科大学院卒
- 企業法務の実務経験2年から5年程度 (外資企業・弁護士事務所での勤務経験あればなお可)
- 英文契約の交渉の経験あればなお可

求めるスキル・知識・能力
- 契約書作成、レビュー能力 (英文、和文)
- 交渉力・高いコミュニケーション能力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
英語での読み書きができる方 (英文契約書を作成・レビューする機会や海外のグループ会社と英文メールでコミュニケーションをとる機会があります)
