WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Marketplace Supply Chain Business Analyst is part of the Marketplace Supply Chain team in South East Asia & India.

The role interfaces internally at local and territory level with MPU (Sales), Finance, Planning Logistics, Marketing and occasionally Legal & Compliance teams.

There may also be engagement at regional level with APLA (Asia Pacific Latin-America) management and teammates.

Externally the role is customer facing, working with the Nike Managed Partner (Multibrand) businesses on the order book and supply chain management of Nike Footwear, Apparel & Equipment.

Candidates should be goal and action oriented, comfortable with challenging the status quo and driving process improvement. Candidates are also expected to develop effective working relationships internally & externally. Additionally, there will be preference for the following skills and experiences.

  • Strong time management skills and critical thinking.
  • Customer facing experience, Retail and Supply Chain knowledge.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
  • Cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with SAP and Excel, able to execute data analysis (Excel) to drive decision making.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

This role is part of the Marketplace Supply Chain. You will manage the customer order book and drive supply chain execution with speed and agility. You will partner with other teams and customers to execute product flow, guide launches and initiatives and maximize inventory productivity with an eye for continuous improvements.

  • Ensure customer order book accuracy & integrity through order book maintenance, validation, and proactive management.
  • Work closely X-functionally to align "bottoms-up" shipping goals with "top-down" shipping expectations and support financial objectives set by the business.
  • Work with customers and Nike teams to align, track and deliver orders to meet financial goals.
  • Provide timely resolution to issues and customer requests to ensure orders are shipped at the right time and place.
  • Timely execution of returns and claims request, ensuring account credit status is accurate.
  • Ensure quality, on-time relevant information is in place to ensure transparency and visibility for internal partners.
  • Support the roll out of new processes, analytical tools and solutions, providing training on when and how they should be used.
