What you will do:

  • Work closely with internal business units to support overall management of Pre event evaluation and approvals.
  • Play a key role in managing Stryker's overall HCP contract processes to ensure compliance.
  • Manage the due diligence process, to include communication with internal business and consultant, collect, review, and verify required documentation.
  • Facilitate issue resolution related to event requisition and contracts in a timely manner.
  • Highlight Redflags and gaps to stakeholders.
  • Be a process expert and help to resolve queries of stakeholders.
  • Train HCP Consultants and internal business customers on systems and processes to ensure compliant interactions.
  • Organize and prioritize time and responsibilities to efficiently accomplish business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional and divisional partners to identify process efficiencies.
  • Maintain Books and records and support timely audits
  • Understanding of Systems/ Portals and training of new joiners on System navigation
  • Meeting Monthly / quarterly / annually reporting needs for stakeholders
  • Ensure appropriate and timely training for managers and employees in sales, marketing, finance, HR and other functions that have key compliance responsibilities.
  • Understand training needs and managing annual training calendar.

What you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role will be preferred
  • Business acumen with ability to build relationships, trust & influence
  • Self-driven with an ability to work in a highly dynamic and complex business environment to drive execution with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with external partners and internal stakeholders to meet deliverable requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong numerical and analytical aptitude
