  • Perform daily bookkeeping operations from data capture, data entries, account reconciliation to financial reporting

  • Ensure completion of Trial Balance and Financial Statements package, in accordance with the reporting standards and timeline set by RO Asia Finance/Corporate Finance.

  • Issue billings to business units and settle all payables due to third parties and other BUs on a timely basis. 

  • Help FR Head liaise and coordinate with internal auditors, external auditors and tax professionals for audit & regulatory compliance.

  • Complete corporate reportorial requirements based on the timetable set by Corporate Finance. 

  • Assist FR head / ROFO Head on ad hoc tasks and relevant projects that may be assigned/delegated.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Knowledge about the operations of accounting systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Computer skills particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Capable of multitasking and working in cultural environment

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • University graduate in in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • CPA is a must
  • With minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in liaising with auditors / tax professionals is required
  • Experience gained from financial institution or insurance industry or shared services/regional headquarters is a big advantage

  • This role is primarily responsible to fulfill the financial reporting function of assigned Regional Office entities, including preparation of Financial Statements and tax compliance and related audit support activities.
