Resolute Performance Iron (a Sletten Company) is a specialty steel contractor seeking a highly motivated individual to assist our shop team with meeting production goals while maintaining a positive workplace environment. The majority of our work is in the steel construction industry and solar energy construction. We have an opening for a Specialty Metals Welder to assist with shop production and operations. Duties and Responsibilities • Custom fabrication of projects involving a variety of materials and processes • Interpreting blueprints and adhering to the fine details of the blueprints • Use the following processes to fabricate: • Aluminum spool gun • Tig / Mig • Stainless Steel Welding • Dual Shield structural welding (required) • Work competently with Aluminum, Copper, Steel and thin gauge material • Create and understand material lists and cut lists • Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company.
