The Sr Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis role will support the Aetna Clinical Solutions business. Responsibilities will include FP&A functions (Budgeting & Forecasting, Expense Management, Month Close & Reporting) and managing business partnerships. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is needed along with experience with Aetna Finance systems and processes. Fundamental Components include Drive end-to-end Finance support for multiple ACS partners and Liaison to HCB Segment & Transformation Finance teams as needed on all matters.Other responsibilities for the Senior Analyst include but are not limited to:

- Creating measures to ensure accuracy in the budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Partnering in providing budget and forecast visibility to senior leadership.

- Ensuring budgeting and forecasting processes are well documented with detailed procedures.

- Supporting ad hoc projects.Required Qualifications
3+ years of financial, business planning, accounting, and/or financial analysis.

Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills.

Education
Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of experience.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
