Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to play a key role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing compensation programs that support our business strategy. This role requires strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization .

As part of our team, you will work closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure our compensation practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with market trends . You'll also contribute to process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in compensation and benefits operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with HR, Finance, and business leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Analyze salary benchmarks, compensation structures, and market trends to ensure competitiveness and internal equity .
• Apply logical and mathematical reasoning to evaluate complex data sets, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
• Present compensation insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and structured manner.
• Oversee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency in compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits , preferably in a multinational environment .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Data-driven mindset , with experience in compensation analytics, market intelligence, and modeling.
• Effective stakeholder management , with the ability to collaborate and influence across different levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Fluency in English is required
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
