Responsibilities
- As the key member, take the owner, coordinator, and supporting role in the different stages of the project.
- Manage the project progress and establish clear achievements to handle the project.
- Work together with the division sales, VM, and other functional teams to achieve the AOP. Build and maintain high-level relationships with customers.
- Promote Thermo Fisher Scientific's Government and Industry total solution to customers.
- Explore and capture high-potential business opportunities. Integrate internal resources and leverage external partners to convert opportunities/leads into revenue.
- Manage existing or develop new sales channels. Conduct SFDC and sales data analysis, reporting, and business review.

Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a scientific or technical field.
- Outstanding project management skills with the ability to set and strictly adhere to achievements.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Experience in promoting total solutions to governmental and industrial customers.
- Ambitious approach to exploring new business opportunities and converting leads into revenue.
- Strong analytical skills for sales data analysis and business reviews.
- Outstanding collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
